Martin composes and orchestrates from his studio in London, with work performed as widely as New York, Vienna and Rajasthan.
Martin’s work with The Who began with Classic Quadrophenia, a ‘symphonic reimagining’ of the 1973 classic. Orchestrated alongside Pete Townshend and Rachel Fuller, Deutsche Grammophon released the album at its Royal Albert Hall premiere.
Recent orchestrations include the BBC‘s upcoming Wild West series and two large-scale stage shows for French historical theme park ‘Puy du Fou’.
An alumnus of the Royal College of Music‘s Composition for Screen masters programme, Martin was awarded the Joseph Horovitz Prize for Composition and has since returned as a guest lecturer.
